. After the function test with us you will be refunded 100,- EUR (gross).

The Pendix ePower works on the basis of modern lithium ion technology. Lithium batteries offer several advantages over other batteries and rechargeable batteries: high energy content, no memory effect and low self-discharge. However, they pose a fire hazard if used improperly. To ensure that you receive your battery undamaged, the battery will only be shipped by dangerous goods shipping. You can exchange your old ePower for a new model and get 100,- EUR (gross) back from us. Here's what you need to do:

Buy the new ePower here and pay the full price.
Upon delivery of the new ePower, we take your old ePower with us and check it for functionality.
Afterwards you will receive a credit note of 100,- EUR (gross) from us.
